If the item breaks, will I get a refund?

Yes, you can, or I can mail you another, just let me know and send me pictures of items that were destroyed during shipping. In order for me to mail you another or give you refund back.

How long does it take to ship?

Shipment fulfillment are on Wednesday's and Fridays. If you purchase on Monday your item will be shipped on Wednesday. Business days are Monday through Friday. Business days exclude all holidays and weekends. If you have a question about your order, please contact me.

Do you provide tracking orders?

Once shipped, your order will have a USPS tracking number attached to shipping confirmation email you receive please use it. For domestic orders, these numbers will begin with 9400 or 9405. Please do not contact me about where your package is as you will be directed back to your shipping confirmation and the USPS tracking website. If you want to know if an item has been shipped it is your responsibility to check your account. Thank you.

Loaded and dressed candles?

Loaded and dressed candles must be burned in a heat safe dish. Herbals are flammable and will ignite thus causing a fast burn. these candles are designed for potent spell work. Failure to use a heat-five dish will result in fire or damage so please be aware. These candles will have herbs and oils aside and you can add it once you receive it.

Services and workings?

When you purchase a service or a reading, you must fill out in section special notes with full name and date of birth. And dates and times that you are available for a reading or a service. I will contact you to set a date.

For candles services please fill out special notes your name and purpose and goals of this service before paying. Forms that are not filled out will result in cancellation without rescheduling.

Do you accept payment plans?

Yes, I do, if you like to do payment plan and don’t qualify for after pay or any that I have on my site you can contact me, and I can work with you on a plan.

No, it doesn’t hurt. Reiki is an energy healing. Is a form of energy healing that uses energy force to reduce stress and anxiety and encourage relaxation.

How do I know I need Reiki?

When lately you are feeling tired, have chronic pains, feeling overwhelming emotional, when you are experiencing stress and anxiety more than usual and having mental fog.

Reduces stress and anxiety, relieves depression, strengthens self-esteem, helps bring mental clarity, promotes balance and harmony, improves sleep and so much more.

Are readings in person or can I do over phone? Tarot card readings can be either in person over phone or even virtually.
