Return and Refund Policy:

Returns:

You have 7 business days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at delrosariohealings@gmail.com to obtain a return authorization number. Once you have received your return authorization number, please securely package the item and include the return authorization number on the package.

Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a track-able shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [7 business days].

Exchanges:
